A sought-after session and touring drummer, Spencer has worked with an impressive roster of artists including Bleached, Cherry Glazerr, Dengue Fever, The Linda Lindas, Sleater-Kinney, HUNNY, Teenage Wrist, Low Hum, Paramore, and Jawbreaker, among many others.

His drum work is defined by real feel, musical intention, and a deep commitment to tone and vibe.

His technical expertise extends well beyond the studio. Spencer has served as drum tech for the legendary punk band Jawbreaker, drums and keys for Dawes, and spends a lot time with The Linda Lindas wearing multiple hats as drum tech, guitar tech, and stage manager. Most recently, Spencer is set to serve as drum and keys tech for Bright Eyes' highly anticipated anniversary shows — continuing his track record of working alongside some of music's most celebrated acts.

Beyond the kit, Spencer has built an equally impressive career on the sync and production side. His work has appeared on television productions including Love (Netflix), Crashing (HBO), Sun Records (CMT), and promotional material for HBO's Westworld. He has also served as Director of A&R at Yellotone Music, where he played a key role in developing the agency's artist roster and contributing to custom music projects for film and television.
